You definitely need to proceed with care. BFR is hard on achilles and calves. Have compassion and stretch them a lot! I’ll only do it on a clean (as in no sharp rocks) trusted surface like the track at BW. HOWEVER…my knees and low back say YES!!!! They’ve all filed favorable reports. And my feet…although a bit dirty…feel 20 years younger
